• Run countdown until training start

• Run /training section:willstart (NEVER IN PUBLIC #cmds OR LRs #cmds channel!)

• DM (or ping if they will have DMs disabled) all trainers and helpers with this message:

Hello there, I am the [host/co-host] at a training session that is starting about [20/25/30]minutes from now (starting at XX:00). Since you have registered as a [trainer/helper], I require you to join the Training Center no later than XX:40. Here is the link: https://roblox.com/games/1234. Let me know ASAP if you can't join the training. Thank you.

Role Assignment

The co-host must be selected at least 30 minutes in advance. If not, the training is without a co-host. Blue are minimum counts, and red are maximum counts: Helpers(s): 0 - 9 (1 trainer = 3 helpers) (up to 18 when emergency) Trainer(s): 1 - 3 (up to 6 when emergency) Overseer(s): 0 - infinity Spectator(s): 0 - 5 (can be anyone MR+)
